Just tell them that. They still may not let you because Hollister is kind of rude with their returns. One time I didn’t want to wait in line for the fitting room so I just bought this tank top. I do that a lot but usually it fits. Anyways I brought it back and I had to fill out this whole paper with like my address and phone number and write a whole bunch of stuff about why I was returning it. It was dumb.

Yeah i’ve done it before. bring those tags and the reciept. if they ask were the tag is.. haha either play dumb and pretend you can’t find it or just be straight up and say it didnt have one to begin with.. but honestly its a bunch of 17 year olds wokring there they don’t give a crap. they’ll return it

The phone got my shirts bought from there tried to return them and their clothes that they then responded we dont return clothes that they asked was did you wash it honestly answered yes not making it.
My money back to return them over the wash their clothes that have been washed what joke after long feud with them and the thumbs down.
